The patented Schlemmer-Tec EMC cable gland made of nickel-plated brass is gas and waterproof. In addition to its IP 68 sealing and vibration-proof strain relief and its 360Â° contacting, it is suitable for all EMC applications with the temperature range -40Â°C to 100Â°C. Due to its unique contacting, which does not result in any damage to the shield braid, it is ideal for intermediate contact and is very quick to assemble

Assembly:
1. Strip the cable approx. 10-15mm (depending on the screw size)
2. Mount the screw connection on the cable.
3. By tightening the cap nut, the seal exerts pressure on the contact cage located in the clamping body. This means that the contact bars are gently pressed inwards onto the cable's braided shield. The patented 360Â° all-round contacting achieves optimal EMC shielding.
