The inexpensive Schlemmer-Tec EMC cable gland made of nickel-plated brass is gas and waterproof. In addition to its IP 68 seal and vibration-proof strain relief, it is suitable for all EMC applications with the temperature range -40Â°C to 100Â°C.

Assembly:
1. Strip the cable and expose the braided shield by approx. 10-15mm (depending on the screw size)
2. Slide the cap nut and clamp body with seal onto the cable.
3. Fold back the braided shield in a circle.
4. Push in the intermediate steps up to the braided shield.
5. Push the clamping body with seal into the intermediate connector and allow the anti-twist protection to engage.
6. Tighten the cap nut.
