The highest possible heat protection for cables, hydraulic, cooling and pneumatic hoses. This uniformly woven fiberglass hose with thick silicone cover is manufactured in accordance with Aerospace Standard SAE AS1072,. This elaborate production process allows the hose to pass the AS 1055 test. Hiprojacket offers the highest short term flame protection combined with very good heat reduction. When used as a cable protection hose, it comes with a complete fitting series for easy installation in various thread designs. It is resistant to hydraulic fluids, various lubricating oils and fuels Hiprojacket protects against small amounts of molten materials, occasional flames, heat radiation, cooling in cooling hoses energy loss in lines and hoses. It can also be used to provide very good personal protection. Hiprojacket is used in the aerospace, military, steel, foundry, glass and ceramics industries, as well as in the machinery, equipment and railway industries.

Construction : "Tightly woven" E-glass yarn inner hose, thick wall construction that meets the requirements of Aerospace Standard SAE AS 1072 Type 2.
Jacket Specification : Iron oxide silicone rubber, high oil resistance, halogen free, good short flame resistance, very good temperature reduction, resists very well small amount of liquid metal, aluminum, glass ect.
Special approvals : Fire test DIN 5510-2: S4/SR2/ ST2. Ox. index LOI = 39.2. Flame-extinguishing according to UNI CEI 11170-3
