The "S" series crimp terminals are stamped from copper strip, brazed and annealed.

Annealing improves the structural material properties and allows the cable lugs to be used even in the presence of mechanical vibrations.

Tin plating of the surface protects them against corrosion.

The sleeve is soldered.

The roughened surface of the sleeve improves contact with the conductor, and increases the tensile strength of the connection.

The crimp terminals are made of copper Cu-ETP CWOO4A according to UNI EN 13599 standard and are tinned with a minimum thickness of 3µm.
