For short-circuit-proof connecting cables made of copper

These cable lugs made of electrolytic copper have been developed for short-circuit-proof cables.

The dimensions are chosen in such a way that a safe connection is guaranteed and at the same time tensile forces and vibrations have no influence on the connection.

The cable lugs are annealed and tinned after mechanical processing.

For each cable cross-section there are different cable lugs with different inner diameters of the insulation grommet. This grommet encloses the cable and thus avoids excessive bending of the cable at the cable lug end.

When ordering the cable lugs, the diameter of the screw must be taken into account.

The dimensions M, N and B correspond to those of the Cembre cable lugs type A-M.

The cable lugs can also be used on stranded cable when crimping with oval crimping inserts MN ... RF are used.

Nylon Thermal properties: running from -20 to +115 °C (short term up to 130 °C).
