Die Kabelschuhe vomTyp ANE-M werden aus nahtlosem Kupferrohr gefertigt. Die sorgfältig elektrolytisch verzinnte Oberfläche schützt auf der einen Seite ausgezeichnet vor Korrosion und bewirkt auf der anderen Seite einen niedrigen elektrischen übergangswiderstand an der Kontaktfläche. Der Rohrbereich ist so ausgeführt, dass ein Optimum an mechanischer Festigkeit, und elektrischer Leitfähigkeit erreicht wird. Für die Verarbeitung von ANE nylon-isolierten Materialien bieten wir Ihnen Spezielle Presswerkzeuge und Zubehör, um beste elektrische und mechanische Eigenschaften zu garantieren. Der Nyloneinführunsstutzen ermöglicht eine leichte und saubere Einführung der Kabellitze. Die isolierte Kabeleinführung besteht aus schwarzem Nylon. Dank der Nylontülle benötigt man kein weiteres isolierendes Mittel wie Gummitülle oder Schrumpfschlauch.
