The industrial alternative for less harsh conditions. Industrial Grade has a lighter, knitted, fiberglass hose that still provides short flame protection and good heat reduction with a thick silicone coating. It is resistant to hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils and fuels. It also protects against molten metal, occasional flames, heat radiation, energy loss in pipes and hoses, and protects people from burns and other injuries. Hiprojacket Industrial is also often used to protect cables and hydraulic lines from damage. It also finds applications in the glass, ceramics, steel and mechanical engineering industries as it offers good mobility.

Construction: â€œknittedâ€ E-glass yarn inner tube with silicone jacket.
Sheath Specification: Iron oxide silicone rubber, high oil resistance, halogen-free, good short flame resistance, good temperature reduction, withstands well small amounts of liquid metal, aluminum, glass etc.
Temperature range: -55 Â°C to +260 Â°C continuous temperature. Flame treatment up to +800 Â°C for approx. 20 minutes. Radiant heat up to +800 Â°C for 20 minutes. Liquid metal contact up to +1640 Â°C for 15-30 seconds.
