The Sealtite HTDL is the most widely used Anaconda Sealtite hose with integral copper conductor (up to 1.1/4"). The HTDL is UL and CSA tested and approved with a wide temperature range. Because of the rolled-in copper conductor, the HTDL brings very good "EMI/EMP" shielding. It is therefore very advantageous for applications where a high degree of electrical compatibility is required. The HTDL is very suitable for machines and installations for export to countries outside Europe. It is used in transformer construction, large industrial plant construction, off-shore technology, warehouse logistics systems, radar and radio systems for civil and military use, UMTS radio systems, and in the building industry.

Classification, according to NEN-EN-IEC 61386 :
Compressive strength : Class 4, Heavy (1250 N).
Impact strength : Class 4, Heavy (6 J).
Tensile strength : Class 4, Heavy (1000 N).
Seal protection : IP 67, (Dustproof, Waterproof).

Material and construction :
Construction : Galvanized steel strip, helically wound with integrated copper wire. Thick, smooth thermoplastic jacket (PVC).
Jacket Specifications : PVC (from NW 1" lead free according to RoHS ), well suited for outdoor installation, sunlight and UV resistant, equally well resistant to oil and grease. Special test marks : UL-360 approval (File # E18917) and CSA C 22.2 (File 63790 / 15275).
The application is suitable for hazardous environments according to the NEC :
- Article 501.10 (B) (2) Class I, Division 2
- Article 502.10 (A) (2) and (B) (2) Class II, Division 1 and 2
- Article 503.10 (A) (3) and (B) Class III, Division 1 and 2.
Temperature range : -45 °C to +105 °C, short-term up to +120°C
