Wallbox Light is just right for people who want to charge their electric vehicle at home, but still don't want to miss out on the benefits of a mobile charging station. It consists of a mobile charging station and the matching wall mount. It is connected to the mains via the Mode 2 charging cable at a conventional household or industrial socket. At home, it is thus always tidy. If it is needed on the road, it can be easily detached from the holder and taken along - the Wallbox Light thus becomes a mobile charging station again.
The Mode 2 charging cable can be connected directly to the mains via an industrial or household socket.
Thanks to an integrated disconnect point, you can also replace the mains plug with another mains adapter. This allows you to charge your electric car even in countries that do not use the standard Schuko socket in Germany.
However, the Universal Type 2 mobile charging station is not only suitable for on the road or in emergencies. It is also a practical addition at home in combination with a wall mount and can replace a wallbox. With a charging power of up to 11 kW, it can keep up with most wall charging stations.
The mobile electric car charging station has an integrated control and protection device in the control box (IC-CPD), which takes charge control via the charging cable to the vehicle. The charging process will stop automatically when the battery is fully charged.
