The crimp terminals of the "S" series are stamped from copper strip, soldered and annealed. Annealing improves the structural material properties and allows the cable lugs to be used even when subjected to mechanical vibrations. They are protected against corrosion by tinning the surface. The sleeve is soldered. The roughened surface of the sleeve improves the contact to the conductor and increases the tensile strength of the connection.For further information please contact our technicians.
